This hinders productivity. You should work only when you are most productive. You should find out the hours in which you feel creative and productive. It can be different for different people. You need to find what works best for you. You should work in these with minimum distractions and background noise. In this way, you can do more work in less time. Successful people are those who are focused on their lives. If you want to be a complete dissertation on the time you must drop the habit of procrastination.

Do Not Hesitate From Asking For Help:

If you do not take regular breaks, you will end up destroying your health. If you get sick, you will have to take many more days off than regular.
